will a itr tranny work on a b16a cable
i have a freind that is selling a itr tranny (jdm) for a good price, it has lsd and a new act clutch, i was wondering will it work on my b16a which is cable, i know that itr tranny is hydro.
is the itr tranny a 6-speed?? if not, i dont see the logic in spending money on one.
gotta be kidding meb16pwwr...if its a good price...pick it up....worse comes to worse....you could sell it for more than you got it for...heres a hydro conver. thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=220712

JDM ITR's are still a five speed everyone, the diffrence is the final drive gear ratio and it has an LSD in it, you can convert the tranny from hydro to cable, but a six speed, what for in a civic/crx, the gears would be so short you wouldn't even build power. Come on, six speed trannies, only in a 1600 dollar quiafe built tranny.
thank you all for you responds, its a 5-speed w/lsd, only like 18k miles on it. asking price is $700. w/act clutch and stoct type r flywheel. and how do i convert it to cable. i have to pick it up sunday, keep them coming.
