no, it does not have the pwm option
All US ECUs have the circuitry, but not components, for the PWM (pulse width modulated) output.
The cost is $50 to have Hondata add boost control to already socketed s300 ECU or you can check at phearable.net
to avoid shipping your ecu, check at your local hondata dealer...

This does not include the cost of the solenoid.
