You can reflange it to t3 for a more streetable car. But im sure there are t4 options out there that will also work fine. T4 is a bit big for a DD but it can happen.

get a precision billet ballbearing 6262 with a t4 divided housing.. That should spool better than a gt35r and have better responce and capable of 700hp.. I would love to see a dynograf with that turbo maxed out on a b series with pro 1 cams...

ATP makes T4 1.06 A/R Divided housings for the GT30R and 35R.

A divided T4 1.06 GT3076R would be **** for the street

If any of you guys get a chance, do a search for the Subaru comparison of a t3 vs divided t4. It was a Full-race + "badly sized" HTA turbo (Geoff said it was a bad mix) vs another undivided turbo I forgot. Spooled about the same...

If you got a T4 .58ar housing + GT35R and big fat drag radials, you'd have a real fun setup...

ive got a divded t4 GT35r and it is great on the street. it spools up just as fast as my old gt30r did and makes excellent power. i usually cruise around at 13psi-14psi and it reaches that at 4k rpm.

I heard of a s372r with 1.00a/r that made 17lbs by 4800 on a 2.0L b-series....sounds fine for the street to me.

I really like this idea...

For the record, who mkes divided housings for that turbo? Can you get the T4 .68 in a divided footprint?

The problem with such a large turbo is traction...for the street, anyways. I've never seen anyone run wrinkle-walls at half a dozen psi (tire pressure) for a few hundred miles...

hybrdthry911, do you recall what a/r the turbine housing was?

An S366 will spool well also on a divided setup, a T04Z 1.15 divided would rip as well

Precision 6262 or 35R with a divided housing. If you want to make bigger power, the S366 or 6765 would work.

Or you could buy my GTX4294R!

i run a T4 HTAgt35r (billet wheel)with the divided 1.06ar housing on my stock evo 8 motor and i love it on the street. Turbo is good for $700+whp and i get 20psi /full spool at 4k rpm. This turbo spools faster than my old open scroll gt3076r did and it make way more power.

here is the pump gas 91 octane tune

If you're not aiming for >600hp, reflange to a t3 and get a divided borg warner s2xx. The larger s259 I think it's now called (better s258) can do over 500hp, and the divided s256 can be found for $1k at some places.

I was talking to full-race Geoff recently about divided turbines, and he said a s366 would be **** for a street/strip motor. His claim & proof is that the divided t4 actually spools faster than a t3, and response is an even larger increase. He says his next personal upgrade will be from a divided t3/t04e 50trim to a s300 turbo.

Thats not gonna happen, ever. A gt4294 (70mm) with a 1.15 on my DSM would make 25psi by only 6100. A 372r on a 2.3liter S2k wont spool before 6k. Your probably mistaken with a 362.

To the OP. Get the billet 6262, keep the manifold you got. On 30psi on my pig of a DSM i make 600s look pathetic. And im on a stock head with just 272's

On what, a supra?

A 70+mm turbo isnt gonna spool by 4500 on a honda. Its not gonna spool by 5k. A 35r wont even spool by 5 grand on a honda and its 10mm smaller.

Your mistaken at when it spooled then. So if u thru a 35r on that car, when would it spool up, 3000?. It might of got out of vacuum at 4800. My GT42 would make a lbs at like 4300 lol.

You would be suprised, the right setup with a good divided manny I bet a lb or two could be made by 4500-5000rpm with 20+ by 6k on a B-Series with a 70+mm.

Oh btw I was making 14lb by 5200rpm with a T3/T67ho .82 on a stock cam 1.8L... and a 67ho is bigger and less responsive than a 35R.

i get 13psi before 4k, im sure i would get 25+ not too long after that. the divided manifold saw huge gains in spool time compared my old 35r setup on a very similar motor. keep in mind all these dynos you see dont show how fast it actually spools. when you are on the street or do a steady state dyno you can see much higher boost levels sooner than the WOT full pass dyno pulls would lead you to believe.
