95 ls integra running all obd1 with a ported manifold and gsr pistons and a type r throttle body.

ok the issue is just put the motor back in and started it up and it was all good and fine pulled like a raped ape well that is for a ls motor

so anyways drove it around all day and all night got home and parked it
started it up the next morning and it sounded like i had a bad plug or wire
and droped a cylinder but came back after being warmed up so as i headed out i got on the highwayand it would surge like it was a loose plug wire so anyways i put it home and i notice that the cat is glowing red so i let it cool and disconect the cat from the exhaust mani and start it up and it sounds like a lawn mower.

so i pull the plug wires while its running and its cylinders 2 and 3 that are dead

so i go threw all the checking for spark and everything and all 4 have good spark

and there is fuel in all of the injectors but i cant figure what the hell is causeing 2 cylinders to be dead
i also checked for a clogged fuel rail and it was fine

it just dosent make any sense any help would be great

so your compression is good that means that most likely you didnt f up any valves. is the car tuned?
