ITR cam overlap with turbo

ganna put some adjustable cam gears on my ITR cams (boosted b18). just wondering if theres much power that can be free'd up by adjusting the overlap on these cams when boosted?

there is some hp there but not a whole lot. it should be done on a dyno to find the right positions on both cams

when i was running ITR cams they were left at stock...

You use the management to adjust the fuel trims best for the use of the cams. Many ITR cams are left as stock when tuning for a turbocharger.

i think on my last setup i found 10 more hp by adjusting the exhaust cam 2 degrees retard. this is at the low 400hp level.

In other words its not worth the time and efforts. Better left stock and tuned accordingly

agreed. not much overlap with the itr cams.
