should i get skunk2 or ferrea valves
i think i bent some valves in my 98 gs-r so should i get ferrea or skunk2 i heard
that you need to get the whole valve train if i get the ferrea valves i just want the standard valve or should i just get the skunk 2 valves

no dude, dont waste your time with stainless steel valves. they will flatten your valve seats eventually and cause more damage than they are worth. not for use in a daily driver. Get the ITR intake valves, get em cut and be done with valves. The actual seating surface is so small, with the SS valves, they make em even smaller... over time the flame travels up the seat and cuts components like a welding torch...
actual power gained from valves... well if they
are flat you may see +.5 cr and a few extra whp, but is it really worth it? How the valves move in relation to the combustion in the cylinder is the way to make power, even there are limits to cam timing and cam choices for the street.
