hey i have a 90 crx with an auto tranny. I have already invested 3 grand in my car so I don't want to buy another car. I want to stay away from the b series, I want a sleeper. I was thinking about a 1.6 vtec, and convert to manual tranny. Got about 2 grand to spend on motor. What would be the best set up? Will the motor directly mount up?

 

a 1.6 with vtec and you dont want a b16, hmm well i guess you could do a D16z6 (1.6l SOHC vtec) and get a man. tranny from a junk yard.
