Default blowing radiator hoses

I have a 95 accord that keeps blowing upper hoses
I've replaced the thermostat, rad cap and flushed the radiator but it keeps building pressure in the cooling system, it's never run hot and it's not showing any of the symptoms of a blown head gasket. I dont know what else to look at

Keep an eye on the overflow and see if the fluid level rises with engine temps. I know you said you replaced the rad cap but are you sure it's working? The overflow tank is where the fluid is supposed to go to relieve the pressure of expansion.

Well the PSI is in range. Honda spec opening pressure for the rad cap is 14-18psi. But if you don't see any level change in the overflow I would try another cap. OEM if possible.

did you let the car run with the radiator cap off for a while to see if bubbles go up?

Put the front of the car on jackstands.
fill it w/ coolant w/ the bleeder valve open until a steady stream of coolant comes out.
close valve.
fill overflow tank to proper place.
remove radiator cap. start car w/ the heat on high and then when coolant comes out of that immediately put the cap on.

was that your method of getting the air out?
