Default Help chosing suspension for BB1

Hey whats up everyone and thanks for taking interest in my dilemma.....I currently drive a 93 prelude si vtec model and i am on the market for a coilover suspension set up.....I just wanted to know what would be good for mostly daily driving with very few runs on the track (maybe 4 times a year on a 1/4 mile track) .....I used to have the Koni/GC setup on my crx with the GC tophats and i loved it...My only complaint was that you had to zip tie the brake lines to the shock....I loved the fact that everything was warrantied for life which is a key selling point......I am considering the same set up on my prelude but i want to know what others have experienced using this set up or another one with similar quality.....If anyone has any helpful info or opinions to pass along i am more than willing to hear what you have to say...thanks

One more thing to add...I was considering getting the KYB AGX (red) shocks because my job is an authorized dealer and i can get them cheap but i have no experience with them...

Not sure why you had to zip-tie your brake lines on your CRX Koni's... guess you didn't transfer over the bracket from your old shocks? You should be able to transfer the one from your Prelude shocks to the Konis. Yes Koni/GC is a tried-and-true combo that many people swear by. It really is a great setup and great bang for the buck IMHO. Very high quality parts for the price.

Yes there is an explination to that...When i got my crx it had tokico blues on it....The brake line bracket is welded on there....If i had the stock shocks i wouldve done that....I didnt know you could transfer the brackets.....I dont have the stock shocks on my prelude either...It has monroe shocks and i dont know if the bracket can be removed and put onto the Konis.......does anyone know if i can transfer the brake line bracket from the monroe to the koni?? Are the monroe brackets removable??? If not does that mean i have to find some blown oem shocks so i can use the bracket off those???
