JDM FD vs. ATS FD for Drag racing
Thats a broad question to be asking, considering all the variable. but the ATS is shorter. Meaning that it is gonna want to climb up the RPM's faster, thus increase liklihood of roasting those slicks. id go with the JDM FD if i had to choose.
Which FD w/ Type R Gears is better for Drag Racing w/13x 24.5x8 Slicks?????
please give a lil detail......

Your not going to be roasting 24.5x8x13 Slicks...heh.
I'm been doing alot of calculations with my new setup...trying to achieve the best 1\4 Mile acceleration. Also, have it be useable for Auto-X and HPDE.
In my findings...the 4.929 would be best with a High power all-motor with high redline. 24.5" Slicks would be good...

Don't wanna give too much away, setup-wise...because theres alot of 'Local Morons' who read this board...but 220+ or Death.
