'01 Accord vs '03 Passat
So who do you think will win?
No mods on any of them, just the VW Passat has a short throw 5 shift, while the Accord is a freakin automatic (gonna change that . . . dont want an auto) . . . but anyways 2001 Honda Accord coupe V6 automatic transmission, and of course the lovely VTEC engine. 2003 VW Passat 4 door, short throw shift . . . possible 4 c.
So tell me whatcha think.

Unsure of why this kid wants to know.. Probably so she can go back to school and argue bench racing with her friends..

Just wondering is all, it's not like we're going to race other people in it, my car isn't ready for that, and I told her from the start that her VW wont be able to do nothing, mines . . . eh not so much, but pretty sure I could beat her.

True, hmmm though I really can't find one in my area.
Though I know for a fact they have some down in Va Beach....have a little girl on girl action down there to see who's right. Yeah that sounds just about right. Accord for the win baby~!

I think he is referring to the forum rules regarding e-racing/bench racing:

I mean I used to ask similar questions, and **** I did stupid stuff back in the day racing a friends V6 Maxima.
But the argument of a slush box vs slush box is just kinda silly. They are both far from "performance" cars and more economical ones. If it's a **** talking game just tell her that her car is a "CEL (check engine light) on wheels"

Ah I see . . . well then I guess this is done, don't want anything bad to happen to people and stuff and stuff like that. Gotta put it to a test I suppose :/
Well either way not gonna do it on a public road, gonna go to a drag strip. With my luck if (which will never happen) I do something like this on a public road, me and some poor person driving will end up hurt/dead; don't want that to happen at all man.

My guess, I'm only like this cause well this is my "first" car, just getting into how this whole things works to a higher level ya know?
True, true, oh so very true. Just ticks me off how much she trash talks about my car (when I didn't have a headunit and all those wires hanging out . . . which I finally got installed just yesterday) and all that other crap. Ha I'll think I'll use that one

If you really want to have fun with it - see if anyone you know goes to Autocrosses in the area. You're in VA you may find some on myautoevents.com
It's generally $50 and you navigate a timed cone course. Incredibly fun and they have helmets there for you. You just need a good condition and safe car to drive.

Thanks man, I'll give it a looksees, and it really does sound fun; sounds kinda like go-karting, but maybe a little more challenging.
Depends on the driver in the VW in this one, only way to win this in an auto would be the driver. I have an '00 LX V6 and in my past experience at the track I have gotten lucky because of some bad drivers in GTi's and Passat's.
