I notice many ITR's are very close.

Anyone manage to snag a block # matching their badge #?

It would be pretty awesome if you had ITR number 1 and block number 1, etc.

While logistically challenging, I think it would have added a lot of value to the ITR. It would have been even sweeter if VIN/badge/block all matched.

 

What about having ITR #1 and ITR block number nothing.... ?

Would the car be less valuable? I think the value is all in the eyes of the buyer!

 

my VIN matches the VIN on my block/tranny.

There are a bunch that do match block and badge # especially early on in the sequences. I'm not sure if it'll add value...definitely a neat thing.

Yeah, I wish Honda had just used a unique chassis number sequence (last 6 digits of VIN) for the ITR and just had the badge match that. VIN starting at 000001 each year without interruption by other Integras. Ah well..

That's pretty cool. I've seen a few that were very close (less than 10) but never any spot on.

 

Yeah, my #s are 7 off. Block # is 5300316.

1997's #75, #138, and #241 have matching Badges/blocks.

 

the only coincidance is that my block number ends in 231 jh4dc231. The other numbers are also in my VIN but not in the correct order on the block.....
