Okay so here is the story i was taking a bend and i gave it some gas to whip the tail a little and it started to slide it was going very good as i was maintaining the drift i gave it to much gas by accident and it ended up spinning out and it did a 180 and the passenger side tire hit a small ascending curb basically its a curb shaped like this / a little lower its not a bad one my front right tire hit and as the car hit it, it slid a little more and then at that same moment the check oil light came out. and the rpms went very low so i turned the car off tried to turn it on again and it wouldn't turn it kept trying to turn on but it wouldn't so i let it sit for a 30 seconds and it turned back on again.. the oil light came back on and then turned off and the rpms settled and went back to idle at 1k and everything worked fine no oil light nothing. Everything went back to normal..
What do you guys think could of happened?

also i did change the oil about 2 weeks ago and i put 5.9 quarts thats what the guy at autozone said when he looked it up... maybe to much oil? as it hit the curve it got over filled with oil?
In city drifting ftl.
But to answer your question it's much like if you take a long turn hard in your car, and your gas meter looks like you used a gallon of gas but it settles back down after a couple of minutes. Your oil level probably just read high thus the light. Guarantee you're fine.

Your burning or leaking oil, you have not checked it since your change, you were low on oil and did a hard turn which ended up starving you oil pickup.
You should have never tried to start it back up before checking/adding oil. You should have known this... There is a chance you scored your bearings.

BTW F20's and f22's only need 5 to 5.1 qts oil. Too much oil will not effectively lubricate the engine; it will have a similar effect to too little oil.
A majority of honda's "sportier" cars (i.e. prelude), are notorious for burning more oil then normal. I'm sure he's fine, although checking oil should be a regular thing anyway.
Also, question: Can't excessive oil cause some issues down the road, like when you add more gasoline than you should?

Well on that note,
You're driving on public highway, not a racetrack.
And you drive a Honda, not a Porsche.
You don't have a fancy dry sump system that babies your bad driving habits.
Try to keep that in mind next time you wanna go out for a joyride, Tokyo Drifter. Don't know what state you reside in, but most cops only speak English in the good ol' U.S.
I suggest if you are going to out of your way to grab their attention, you better get a better grasp of the language they speak.
Oh, the car is burning oil...just not enough for you to notice.
