ok i have a blue Holley NOS bottle and a silver edelbrock bottle that im wanting to paint to match my car. We are going to paint the engine bay this weekend and the front bumper to match also.
What i need help with now is the prep work for the front bumper and the nitrous bottles. I already have all the materials and the paint, for the front bumper i have 3 cans of adhesive primer. Can i use this on the bottles.
Also what about the stickers do they need to be replaced to stay legal?
I'm planning on starting this today so any help would be appreciated.
Any one know a good method for getting those labels off the bottles I've heard they are a major pain in the ***?
thanks
Bret

AS far as the bottle's Id strip it with aircraft stripper then throw some etching primer, then sand it and and your ready for paint.
ANd with the bumper, if its a new bumper and has the black primer you can use a gray scotchbrite and some scuff stuff, or if its already painted, just DA it with some 400 and your good to go.
