So I removed all the screws for the throttle body. I think its stuck or something. Any suggestions?????

Tap on it with a rubber mallet. If its never been removed, it could just be stuck as you stated. A rubber mallet or hammer (use a thick cloth as a deadener) should jar it

 

x2 And don't forget to use a new gasket when re-installing.

And scrap the old gasket off the intake mani for a better seal.

 

By chance , do you know the diameter of the throttle body of a f22b1? Is it 70mm?

 

I don't think any Honda throttle body is that big, even the type S is only 62 while the h22a is 60 ...not sure about the f22b1

 

pretty sure they're 60mm. i think most F-series are the same.

 

I think the F22B1 is around 56mm. A B18B1 is about 60 and also uses a larger diameter intake tube.

you must be thinking D-series...

 

I pulled two from the salvage yard and measured them. The B18B used a larger intake tube (mine won't fit) and had less metal on the inside of the throttle body as well. The same gasket would fit either TB, but the F22B1 gasket would be sticking out into the opening on a B18B TB and plenum. It looked like what I would expect form a bored F22B1 except that the site that fits onto the intake tube is slightly larger. And I checked the block to make sure which motor it came from.
