Default If I disable knock sensor in crome do I have to unplug it?

I have a H22 in a EG civic running a socketed P28 ECU. I have disabled the knock sensor in crome does this mean I have to physically unlpug it?

Thanks

I'm not sure but I know that tuning my Integra with a P06 I just disabled the oxygen sensor but it is still plugged in.

no. if you disable it that's all you need to do. unplugging it is irrelevant.

Thanks for the reply, I guessed it didnt need unplugging but wanted to confirm that in the case of the knock sensor. I know people disable O2 sensors all the time yet they are still plugged in. Thanks for clearing this up for me
