Default MY TIMING BELT AFTER 72 MILES ON REBUILD

Hey Its my 95 gsr I did a little rebuild on after misshift. I put back the my used but OEM honda timing belt.
I got a new one just couple days after rebuild but this is what I found out when I took off the valve cover. I drove the car for only 72 miles.

Dont ask just look at pictures lol

Looks like there is something inside your timing cover rubbing it
