It's only value is in parts. Replacing those front aprons is a beeotch! I wouldn't bother.

RHD time. You'll never get back what you put in it. Just depends on how much you love the car.

Dude, if you build a race car out of a wreck that bad, you'll never have the structural rigidity of a non-damaged car.

Besides, if you assess your time with a value, by the time this car is repaired and the parts are bought, you could have bought two more clean hatches and or an s2000!

To each his own.

I wouldn't part it out. The paint on the vehicle still look good. I would try to fix it. Look like the car is in the junk yard. Might be another car that look like that and could have the part for it..

structurally it's not that bad. The roof looks bad cause it looks like something hit it. Not from the wrinkling of an impact. The larger dent on the roof could be from that but it is all fixable. As long as you got a frame machine though. You can not fix it without a frame machine and a way to measure it.
Rad supports are easy as pie to do on those cars but the approns you will need a measuring system. Looks like it got hit above the rails so you are saved there. The problem lies in the left upper fender rail. Without a measuring system, you can not just weld that in.

Well if you cannot part it out and cannot fix then don't try having the car. If you got time, money, tools, and how-to do it then i did go for it. If not then leave it there. I know all those cars in the junk yard will be paper shredded..
