i have one of my own personal heads that was a very very low mileage head i would guess under 30K. hear are the specs on the head. once again i am selling a personal head that i have at my house hat was going into my eg hatch but i went k instead

competition 3 angle valve job
new valve stem seals
cams are mint
valve guides are mint
comes with full stock valve train and rockers with valve lash adjusted
