Well I was on my way to work, driving at 40 mph on a 50 mph street, due to traffic. Well this punk ricer in a black Civic EX decides he wants to ride my *** for at least a mile. He keeps gunning the car and consistantly coming with 3-4 feet of my car. I had enough signaled for him to get off my rear and he throws his hands up like he owns something. Well we get up to an intersection and slow down, but the lights green so I get back up to speed and then all of a sudden a emergancy vehicle pulls out in front of the car in front of me, he locks up his brakes mine lock up, i end up behind 15 ft behinf him totally avoiding him but mr Civic EX still was on my *** and didnt see the brake lights and boom. My bummper wasnt that bad but above it was bent and the tail light cracked. His whole frontend was mangled like Evander Holyfields ear. He gets out the car and started crying and yelling at me because I slammed on my brakes, I was like hey ahole you were riding me. He was so close he could have been sitting in my backseat. I had a witness that was beside me the whole time Cop gave the kid a careless driving and a tailgating ticket...thats 6 points and being that he was at fault he can't get them dropped by plea bargining. Took the car to the body shop and due to overwhelming repairs from other accidents they are 3 weeks behind, so im going to be without my car for a month at the most. Got a replacement rent a car new Toyota Corollam and BTW did I mention that my fn neck hurting

 

sorry to hear.... car wrecks suck. I hope i NEVER wreck a car again. I was on the phone with insurance co's and whatnot for 3 months straight after totaling my 99 Si, and it wasnt even my fault. Better hope he has a halfway decent insurance co, or they will try to screw you over bad.

I have USAA and they are handleing everything, they are going after the kids insurance company. Im so pissed this could have all been avoided if he didnt have to be Vin Diesel. I just want to hurt someone right now...wheres my Zoloft

yes, just today it was raining a tad and we were at a light. A ricer pulled beside me, to the left of me and continued to rev his engine. I didn't look at him because I was eating some fries anyway. The light turned green and everyone proceeded normally. The person in front of the ricer didn't go but i guess the ricer thought that because he was too busy looking at me eat and revving his engine. He dropped his clutch and I guess he didn't know that the lady in front of him didn't move yet, and he ran right into her

I have State Farm.... His insurance co., i believe Orion Auto. would not cover over $10k damage, they would only cover $7k. I wanted the car totaled, so i filed the claim with my insurance co, and they cut me a check for $16,500. Overall, i came out $2,500 ahead. I had the car a month.

 

The kid couldnt speak english that well he was greek or something. The cop just basicly told him he was at fault, handed him 2 tickets and patted him on the back and the kid started balling. I felt bad for him but then I saw the rear of car again and cursed him to hell and gave him the double salute before I got in my car.

Yeah, Ricers do this to me as well. I'm like what the hell are you trying to prove. I'm older and don't feel the need to impress my buddies by driving like a jackass. Sorry it ended in an accident, I just slow down and let them go by. I have USAA and they are great. They will make sure your R is as good as new.

 

That does suck i just got rear ended recently too by a 4 runner with no insurance . That sucked but it ended up costing 1600 dollars in repairs alone not to mention my doctor and the lawyer he's going to get up his a$$ for not having insurance.
