Default NSX turbo??

Ive heard of the Bell turbo, and there is a new single turbo out now also from my understanding. But ive heard the Bell turbo has many reliablilty issues.

Here is what I am thinking of:
Twin Turbo
Stainless Mainifold (3-1)
Garett ball bearing Turbo's
2.5 downpipes for each turbo which connect to the original cats.
Both turbo's suck in air from the right side scoop
Twin turbo's connect to y pipe which goes to an intercooler sitting in the left side scoop.
Then directed to the TB

I just dont see why all these companies either use no intercooler, or make it so that the use of a targa top in the engine bay is gone.

Does any company make anything like what i just described??

If not how would i go about making one. I dont own an NSX, but they are all i think about. So i was thinking about all of these turbo's NSX's, and all the complaints everybody has. Thanks for your time and for actually paying attention to my babbleing.

Actually the kit by Gerry Johnson has the option of mounting the intercooler wherever you want for an additional fee of course.

I've seen an I/C mounted against the glass with a scoop on the roof directing air to it.
