What do you mean with "mounted for US cars" Did you change anything so it could bolt into an Integra? From what I've researched the problem is when you use the JDM RHD gas pedal into a USDM LHD car. If you mounted into your Integra and worked it should fit a Civic, anyone wanna chime in?

 

When I say "mounted for US cars" I mean that I had to change out the brake pedal for my US one, the one from Japan is bent in the opposite direction to clear the steering column. The way it is set up now it fits the US cars with no problem. I'm not 100% that they will fit your car but with that being said if you want them just shoot me pm with your shipping address and I'll let you know the total.
