Steering wheel tilts a little to the right when break sometimes

Steering wheel tilts a little to the right when break sometimes
I notice my steering wheel tilts a little bit to the right when I come to a stop or break sometimes. I did do a tire rotation and it did not do this before I did the tire rotation. Did I do something wrong during the rotation?

Take the wheel off again and remount it. Make sure you torque the lugs correctly and in the right order.
