Default Steering wheel tilts a little to the right when break sometimes

I notice my steering wheel tilts a little bit to the right when I come to a stop or break sometimes. I did do a tire rotation and it did not do this before I did the tire rotation. Did I do something wrong during the rotation?

Take the wheel off again and remount it. Make sure you torque the lugs correctly and in the right order.

May need brake bleeding. One caliper may be clamping a lot more.
