I sumbled accross an PY ITR thats in MINT shape! But I ran the Vin's and its registered as a Canadian car. I thought only PY ITR's were sold in the states. I have been looking all over the internet and I wanted to know if Canada sold any phenix yellow ITR's.

Let me know if you guys find anything or know this information.

yes we got yeller itr's, no black though.

 

Yellow was available just about everywhere where the ITR was available 1999-2001. I believe Japan offered the ITR in PY initially in 1999, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Wow well they are rare up here in Canada. Anybody have an Idea of how manny PY were imported to Canada. I remember seeing some stats somewhere.

It's funny how rocketkev said that they are rare up here. I swear I have seen more PY ITR's then CW for sure. Most likely all the CW's are getting molested/stolen/destroyed.

 

had my PY ITR in toronto. you see more CW then PY in southern ontario. they are a rare item. Sold in 2000-01, the 01 had the red seats. toronto is known for its import racing and ITR are wanted.

 

i seen a black itr with canada plates here in miami... i made a thread about me spotting him and people from canada confirmed it... it was a black boosted itr with red seats...

FYI, PY ITRs were only sold in Canada for one year, 2000.

^ yup, and on the ITR registry it states there were only 250 sets like that apparently...once spring rolls around I'll properly introduce my '01 CW ITR...dare I say it, with the reds

yeah, i understand that but i was referring to the previous guy i quoted stating that it was also available on the "01 PYs" from factory.

 

there's a py in BC with jdm front and red recaros. doesn't look as bad as it sounds but black on yellow still looks better
