Default leaking antifreeze from bolt in blockloosing antifreeze threw back of block??

hey guys theirs a screw right next to the oil filter, does anyone know what this is? why would antifreeze be leaking from here?

Its the coolant drain plug for the block most likely. So coolant could be coming out of there if the bolt is loose or, the washer is old and not sealing correctly.
