is my timing belt tight enough?

if i am able to slide off my timing belt on my camshaft pulley, is that considered too loose?

is the belt suppose to be tensioned in a way im not able to slide it off the pulleys?

should not be able to simply slide belt off cam. tensioner too loose.

Way too loose...with engine at tdc..turn adjuster 1 rotation and now move CAMSHAFT 3 teeth and tighten tensioner..
