Default Severe Problem please help!!

The Car

1995 Integra LS Turbo
Fully Dyno Tuned on Crome
New wires, Spark Plugs, Less then year old distributor, Batterie about year 1/2 old
Open Wastegate no dump tube (just a factor for engine bay)

The Problem

Driving home everythings fine wasnt even makin boost, so im just crusin along, i make a little boost coming down the street, come to a stop sign and take off...car starts to die, stops giving gas car turns off for no apparent reason, wasnt overheating (its 15 degrees over here). Pull the car over turn it off, try to turn it back on KEEPS turning over thats it, just turns over and over. I unplug map sensor replug it back, same ****, check battery looks fine (all acesories work), wires look fine, unplug ecu plug it back in i try again STILL, just turning over nothin else.

Any ideas at all... anyone think its the ICM got over heated from the no dumptube shooting hot air into the engine bay. Im so lost right now just had to walk 3 miles home at 3 in the morning parked the car on side of the road pray it doesnt get stolen. UGH such a headache these cars we never win.

well a easy check for the relay is to see if the relay clicks when the cel goes off when you put the ign switch to the second position. as for the pump you can listen to see if it turns on.

One of the most common problems with integras, the coil likes to fail. Replace it and it'll start fine.

so i replaced the cap and rotor because the cap had a whole in it from the rotor semi shattering, STILL NOTHING, no spark at all
checked fuses all good
checked fuel system all good

so i decided im going to just replace the whole dizzy, i hope its not an ICU, or the igniter..i think the Dizzy will cover the prolem

Again, just replace the coil. It was like $30 when I did it. Pretty simple.

Its very easy to replace the igniter and coil. They are only held down by a few screws.

They want $49 for a coil at Kragen - kinda high?

It was like $60 for an ICM..

Maybe it is better to just get a whole new distributor and be done with it?

BTW my car has trouble starting too! It kinda hickups and burps at first and I have to rev it or it will die. When it is warmed up it will start just fine though... but it seems like it is idling around 1500 rpm when warm.
