Need some help...looking for some '97+ Prelude injectors...
I need some '97+ prelude injectors...I really don't want to run a FPR as it's a non CARB legal part just sitting out in the open under the hood saying "GIVE ME A TICKET" I'm trying to keep all of the mods hidden, other than the header which is awaiting CARB approval, so as to keep myself out of any possible trouble, and from having people seeing a bunch of parts sitting around in my engine bay.
Thanks,
Austin

why dont you just pintch the fpr housing to raise the pressure? then it looks like stock but you have more pressure.

Thanks for the thought Shawn...just looking for a better long term solution, with having ability to control the fuel flow precisely.

I would tend toward Reids idea of painting the FPR so it is less attractive. That is what I did for my Kakimoto exhaust (the reflective caracteristic of stainless steel VS the light beams intensity of a police car was not a favorable combination).

Yes but installing only Prelude injectors won't help you in the ability to control the fuel flow precisely. Do you have an AFC of some sort.

I have a Hondata...gives me the ability to control the fuel in a fairly precise manner, besides the FPR is borrowed from a friend and I need to return it to them.

When I checked the second option and got a price from Honda, I hung up the phone and ordered RC Eng 310 cc/min injectors and clips for cheaper.
new lude injectors are cheaper than RC crap, plus they plug and play

Just keep your eye out in the classifieds, they come around once in a while.
