Default rev-limit/ecu/speedo problem update..

i swapped ecus with my buddy, also used his speed sensor...and STILL early rev-limit, and
no vtec, also speed STILL cut in and out...
any ideas on this rediculous problem??
btw...
-grounds, sensors, all plugs, cluster...everything possible to fix the problem
has been looked over, a few times...

so if the distributor is bad, or rotor or cap for that matter, the messed up rev-limit
could come from that?

a bad distributor will cause it to act like that im not sure about the cluster tho. are u throwing any codes?

no codes, which makes this suuuuper weird and hard to fix
