whining noise from manifold

whining noise from manifold
My brother has a stock b16, last week I notice a crack on one of the runners of the intake manifold.. I had a extra blox manifold which was bored out by last owner.. installed the blox manifold with the stock tb and a new hondata gasket... started up the car, let it warm up... once it was warmed up it started making a whining noise from the intake... took the intake off and the whining sound is coming from the tb.. all bolts are tight, can't find no leaks... video is below.... can the whining noise be cause by the stock bore tb on a bored manifold....... only does the whining noise when it warm and it is not throwing no CEL...... HELP

check the TB gasket, it can leak if you reuse it, same for the IM gasket
spray some carb cleaner or something where the tb bolts onto the manifold and the same for where the manifold bolts to the head, if the rpms jump up you know you have a leak. I'm guessing you must have a leak because of the way the idle is surging.

Damn that sounds hella annoying. I thought i could help but this wasn't what i was expecting. My buddies GSR whistles when he accelerates. Nothing as bad as this tho!

check the tb and manifold gaskets with the brake cleaner.. no leaks...driving the car around the block, car sounds like a STI at low rpm(below 1.5-2.5rpm) not at idle.. at idle it just whines... WTF.... tb and manifold gaskets were both new..

Put on another b16 manifold and still the same issue... no leaks on manifold or tb... whining began when the car is warm up only....
