you know i filed a dispute with paypal since you won't do what you say. tomorrow i will be able to make a claim through paypal. if you don't ship the muffler or refund my money tomorrow i will be forced to file the claim. i'm sick of not getting my emails returned and getting no definite answers of when it will be shipped.

I never canceled the money. The money is in your account. What is it that you don't understand? You have my money and the exhaust.
Either send the muffler or refund my money. Post whatever you like. I'll post your emails when you say you'll ship the exhaust "tomorrow". It's been 7 days and you still haven't shipped anything. I also like how you call me a scammer, you have my money and your muffler. Quit talking about "when" you send the muffler, either ship it or refund my

If I don't get a valid tracking number or a refund tonight I'll file the claim with paypal, because for some reason you seem to think you can have my money and not ship the muffler.

got the screen shots saved. no refund from arnold. i escalated the dispute to a claim. see if he decides to respond to the claim, he had nothing to say about the dispute.
