Window not rolling up for some reason.
I took my door apart today to replace my side mirror due to a guy very nearly going head on with me, but swiping my mirror. Anyways. Before I put my door skin back on I made sure the window wasn't catching any of the wires. I was rolling up my window in the non-auto (holding the switch up) setting and it would go up and hold. When I rolled it up in the auto setting it goes up then immediately comes back down 3''-4''. Im not sure what the problem is because I didn't touch any of the cables, and it stays up when you don't ''auto roll'' it up.
Could it have possibly changed some setting that I need to reset because I had to disconnect the window wiring? Do I need to turn my key or press my window buttons in some weird order? I don't know about cars sometimes these days. I'm not even sure if disconnecting and reconnecting the battery for some reason would help.

Most likely it is your switch. Once it gets into the "auto" up and down that portion of the switch might be damaged. I would just try to find or borrow a switch assembly to see if thats the issue
