easiest thing to do is check the fuses/relays. if not that have you done any electrical wiring to you car lately?

Commen problem. You just gotta deal with it. People have replaced the switch, but the problem comes back.

Make sure you press the button down all the way.

Honestly, sounds like a short somewhere.

Is the car under warrenty still? Take it to the dealership. Otherwise start checking the current from the switch down.

not sure if it sthe same issue but my drivers side would stop halfway when i hit the auto down. it was the window regulator, covered under warranty but i saw the bill for the work and it was about 400$ for parts and labor. works great now.

Usually any issues with the auto down/ up feature are in the motor itself. Unfortuantely we don't get many S2000's with any sort of a problem at my dealer.
Have you tried to program it? With the window up push and hold the down button until the window is all the way down then hold it 2 more seconds. That should program it. If not then you may have an electrical issue.

relax. there is a S/B on this. you need to replace the window regulator/motor. If you are out of warranty still take it to the dealer and they should goodwill it or at least pay for the part and you will have to pay the labor. I have replaced about a half dozen myself.
