sent this turbo off to blaast performance and had the full garrett rebuild done
never used the turbo in my project i never finished and now i have no need for it

- Remanufacturing to new of your housings and compressor wheel. The same compressor wheel is reused, so it needs to be in reusable shape. Otherwise, we can replace it by a Garrett compressor impeller for 60-80$ depending on model.
- Complete inspection as per GARRETT requirements
- All new GARRETT bearings and seals.
- genuine GARRETT replacement thrust system
- Porting of the turbine and compressor housing scrolls that are typically very rough.
- Balancing of the rotating assembly
- Pressure testing
- Re-assembly to GARRETT specs
- 6 months warranty coverage on remanufacturing workmanship and internals. Excludes impellers and shipping.
Our remanufacturing process includes the degreasing, gritblasting and polishing of all housings, brackets and impellers, including the machining flat of all flanges and the welding of turbine cracks when possible. Drilling & tapping of ONE broken stud or bolt is included. (each aditional is 10$ extra).
In case of excessive wear, specialized machining might be required in the center catridge, backplate or turbine shaft in order to install Under/over-sized bearings and seals as necessary to comply with original tolerancing requirements, which is an extra charge.
