Default grounds for wire tuck

on both sides of the chassis there's a cluster of grounds at one location. i was wondering if its alright to move a single ground to a different location.

Probably, but could you be more specific as to which one and why? Unless its only for cosmetic reasons in which case just make sure it's a good, clean contact and you're not extending the wires to do it.

the ground is for the wiper system & the ground is being shortened. its not really for cosmetic reasons. more for ease of wiring.
