If you got the dual bend like I did, make sure its bending towards you., not towards the console.

If im looking at it right (console is to the right, seats to the left) then yeah, it looks about right. Is your **** tall? I never really had a problem with mine.

The difference between a good piece and a bad piece is usually way more than $10.....
Good Luck.

I love my APC short shifter. I drove my friends coupe with a stock shifter and was fukin up hard (I've had my shorty for a year 1/2 and only car I drive). I much rather prefer the small throw. (Didn't help gearing was way different)

As for tranny death that's only if you don't know how to shift. My trans sucks and it does fine.

to be completely honest, i have had a couple eBay cheapo's and have never had any problems with em...my 2.5" exhaust went around it perfectly. the throw was actuall really short, the distance from 1st to 2nd gear with the short shifter was a tad bit shorter than the distance from neutral to 1st gear with OEM

A short shifter does not = tranny death. The OPERATOR causes tranny death because he/she does not change his shifting style to compensate for the fact that the short shifter now allows you to shift the tranny that much faster!
