radiator hose's staying cold.
so i bought a 98 GS from someone and the car runs pretty good, once i drove it for almost 1.5 hours and got out of the car to see if its leaking oil and what not, and i felt the hose's and theres no pressure, and they are cold. the car is staying where it needs to be temprature wise also... so its not over heating... and it has full fluid... wtf? lol
might be a thermostat. are both hose's cold or just the top? also are you running just water or anti freeze/mix????
also from were you are at, pretty sure right now it'll be hard to over heat your car, even running for 1.5hrs. what is it like out side? 7*????

if the thermostat is stuck open, both hoses will be the same temperature--warm, hot if you hold on to them for a few seconds.
it could be stuck closed as well, but i've never experienced that issue.
you could drain the radiator and put a hose into the top to see how quickly it drains.
