Icon2 Problems with my b18b1, just have some questions. PLEASE HELP.

ok, i have a b18b1 motor in my 95 ex coupe and i have a couple of questions.
first question, my obd1 single cam harness was used but the speed sensor clip on the ls tranny is different from the one on the single cam harness, what do i need to make that right?

second question, since i had a d16z6 single it had vtec, so my ecu is a p28. my ls runs fine with it but would it be better with a stock ls p75 ecu?

third, i got the swap b/c my single was have problems sputtering and i couldnt solve the problem. no CEL codes or nothing. well once in a blue, my motor kinda "duds" or hesitates and bogs idk why...could something be wrong with my fuel lines or system. it has to be the acutal car and not the motor if both the single and ls are having similar problems. the fuel filter was changed and my fuel pump as well but just to another used stock fuel pump. i have no idea what the problem is.

Update: ok another thing is i have a straight pipe to a dyno max muffler but i don't think i'm getting any back pressure. would my ls run better or healthier if i get a stock exhaust? meaning a cat and a stock muffler

any type of answers to help me would be much apreciated. thank you.

1st swap your speedo 4 a clean plug the single cam tranny one should work and bolt right in the ls tranz housing, an ls obd1 ecu right right! as for the rest check your engine harness 4 loose connections, usually rght around the harness plugz, check the important ones.

Just because i don't want to see this get bumped again, here are some answers.

Use the a Stock P75 ecu, as the P28 is used for your old single cam and doesn't have even close to the correct fuel/timing maps on it for your LS swap.

The speed sensors plugs for OBD1 harnesses are all the same, so you should be able to plug it in without a problem.

And as far as your hesitation problem.. trying swapping to the LS ecu first (P75) and see if the problem goes away. If not you could try replacing the O2 sensor if the problem only occurs during cruising.
