Default rear caliper itr???

Hi everyone,

I have a ej2 coupe runnin 97 itr breaks all round, problem is when i pull the hand break the rear right hand side caliper wont break no matter how hard I pull,

The cable are good and i can see the handbreak arm on the caliper moving,

I just need to know is this costly to fix???

Are all rear calipers the same or does it have to be off of itr.

I need new front breake discs, what brand are best to use???

What happens when you press the brake pedal? Does the caliper lock up the wheel then?

Also, how are you testing this? I assume the car is on jackstands when you pull the ebrake...
