Default Torquing head bolts& Timing

So I bought a 91 CRX with the D15b2 in it, me and my old man are rebuilding it currently have the block all apart and found out that the head bolts are torque-to-yield so i was wondering who knows how much torque should I put on each bolt and if there is a certain order please also list. Also I need to know the timing for the motor since now its all apart, so if you have a web site link or anything drop a line its much appreciated! Thanks, Randy.
