i am going to look at a car later today, it is a 93 hatchback cx and he say it need a new steering wheel airbag. is this an eassy job? i saw some steering wheel air bag on ebay and craigslist which doesnt cost much. but is it easy to install. anyone have a DYI? thank you

 

I'm not 100% sure but i thought you needed to change the steering wheel out when the air bag blows. Anyway if i was you i would just get an after market steering wheel, quick release and lock. One more precaution from thieves.

 

the airbag isn't hard, it's two plastic covers and two torx bolts....plus disconnecting your battery so it doesn't blow up in your face.
