I have a chance to buy some basic omni coilovers used for $450. They are the non dampening model, ver. 2. Are they soo shitty that I shouldn't even bother, or worth it. Or grab some PIC select for $800. The omni are good condition and I just want to be able to raise/lower the car, not too concerned about dampening.

I have a buddy who has omni coilovers, I'm not sure of the model though. They ride super harsh, but seem to handle pretty well and they definitely raise and lower the car. They also seemed to hold up fine, so they probably aren't a bad bet.
