got an obd0 teggy (91) and i'm getting some bad idle surge between 1500 and 2500 rpm. swapped out the map sensor and it is still the same. TPS might be done but under load it drives fine. Just when the car drops below 1500 or i take it out of gear it starts bouncing.

The computer is showing a code 3, anybody know what that is?
