If you're looking to be able to make changes or tune yourself, go NepTune. It's worth it.
If you have a simple setup and want a base tune, get a Phearable ECU.
Skip Crome unless you're on a serious budget and find used hardware. Otherwise the difference between Crome and NepTune is only $44 and you get full support + a lot more features with NepTune.
S200 and Crome are both pretty obsolete, but they both work to some extent...
