Default when to change timing belt on 94 integra??

I have a 94 integra and i was wondering if ne of you out there know when i'm supposed to change the timing belt. Someone just told me that it's supposedly due after 90k and if it breaks my head will get fucked. And it'd help if ne of you out there knew of a shop to get my timing belt replaced for a good price in southern california near orange county.

just do it now and be on the safe side. A $60 belt is much cheaper then a new motor

Plus, you are supposed to change them every 60k miles
