dc2R recaro what rails are best for my itr?
looking for rails for my jdm itr recaro seats. i know the stock rails on the recaros are higher then the usdm seats. so i am seeing what yoiu guys think is the best rails for the seats i have.
yeah i have! but want to see what the people who have recaro seats with vision low rails can tell me if they are lower then the usdm seat or what they think of them or any other after market rails.
I had Vision rails a couple years ago, but they weren't double-locking. That was annoying for me when braking, but they're definitely lower than stock.
Aren't usdm itr seats the same height as any standard Integra? because the stock rails on the Recaros are lower than the stock seats..at least in my 97 LS. I love the height of the Recaros I was actually trying to figure out if I could fit any rails on my stock seats to get them lower for when ever I switch to the stockers
I have the Vision Low rails on my Recaros. i love the way it sits now as i found the stock rail too high when i have a helmet on.
keep in mind, i have an EG however...here's some pics for you:

No, USDM ITR seats actually sit lower than your "conventional" Integra seats. Approx 1/2-1 inch lower.
I had the vision rails and single locking rail isnt fun to adjust either.... the position was great but you want to go with a double locking rail
If you can't find those rails, MemoryFab and Wedge Engineering both make a set of rails you can use that will put you on the floor.
In 10 seconds on Google I find two places selling them, neither within the US and both for an outrageous price. No, I'm not posting them because I'm tired of you getting f*cking spoon fed. I don't see why it matters that they are outside the US.
i did search google. whats comes up:
-try vision super lows they rock get them at jhpusa! except all those threads are 2-3 years old and they cant be found anymore.
-try memoryfab=site is "coming soon"
-bride ro- a possibility
-blah...whatever dude. i love u!
Stock OEM JDM Recaro ITR rails aren't THAT much higher than stock US ITR seats...I mean, its not like all of a sudden your knees are going to be hitting the steering column and you head bouncing off the top. Have you tried the seats with the OEM rails in your car yet?
My suggestion was valid. Have fun trying to acquire these apparently un-acquirable items while plenty of others are available that will do the job just as well, if not better.
The  was for your spoon comment, which was either sarcastic or way off base.

coolhandluke thanks for the link. i overlooked it before.
have you considered just building a pair? with the costs involved with the out of country stuff you may be money ahead just building a pair and using generic sliders.
Bride MO type. Had them, loved them, no issues, not the most expensive, good quality, about 1.75" lower than stock, optimal driving position. Recommend them tenfold ... Bride seats ... not so much
