where can i purchase an OEM windshield and installed near San Jose for my 99 integra? i have streaks from the wipers and a couple of chips. it's buggin me and i wanna know the prices around here. thanks!

Yup, or use the internet yellow pages. Then phone several of the shops in your area. They'll be happy to give you prices over the phone, including installation. You can expect them to be in the $125-200 range.
