First of all my brother has a red AEM fuel pressure regulator on his 99 gsr. He was pulled over today for having no front plate. The cop told him to pop the hood and that's where he saw the AEM FPR. The cop said it was illegal because you can modify the fuel flow therefore it affects emissions. Damn cops are really harassing in my area now pulling people over for anything. Anybody ever heard of this?
