hi all, i have a 92 integra ls and i have some problems that i can't seem to figure out.

sometimes my car won't start, like the starter won't turn over
i've checked the leads to the starter and they seem to be fine. i also brought my starter to the local shop and they diagnosed it saying it was fine. the battery seems to be fine, i just refilled it with distilled water. could it be a power drop in one of my circuits?

also, my interior electrical components such as the dome light, clock and other interior lights don't turn on. the clock also resets when i turn any light switch on. and whenever i flick the dome light switch on, my cluster says that my hatch is open. i've checked all my fuses and i can't seem to find out what's wrong.

PLEASE HELP! i need my car to be up and running because i need it to commute to school! thank you!
