Would you buy these JDM foglights?
Hello all,
I'm about to buy these JDM fogs for a fifth gen prelude for $250.00. I'm just concerned whether I'm getting the entire kit. I want to make sure I'm getting everything necessary for install.

If you buy, get the honda fog covers, clear plastic that stick over lens, trust me, after a year or so you will have a hole in one form rock or semi.

If the only thing you're getting is the two foglight housings, then you're getting jacked. It should come with an interior wiring harness, and also an exterior harness. You also need the foglight switch and a relay.
For a few bucks more, get a new one.

Okay thanks everybody,
I'm going to retract my bid on thes fogs. Some Japanese guy is selling them, and it's likely he'll repost them on ebay. It does seem a bit shady to me.
I've read about that clear plastic film. I know 3m also manufactures something which can protect the glass.

Looks like it a has a light bulb conversion on for make ?H3? bulb work for it. The JDM uses H3C bulbs that the US does not manufacure, only Japan does.

I have looked into buying HIDs. There is a huge debate about those lights both on the internet and legislation. There is supposed to be some legislation to make them illegal. Yeah I do think they're cool but people have been flaming each other because HIDs blind other drivers. I want to courteous on the road at the same time. I was going to use an H3 narva gold bulb from either PIAA or Phillips.
Also the last post leads to some headers rather than information on JDM fogs.

Any way to make them shine yellow? Either bulb or lens? That way they'd actually help in fog. And where can you get those fog light covers
